Sim swop not activated, wait an hour for service

Did a sim card swop after I waited for an hour in line. When I tried to activate card next day, it kept on giving an error message. Phoned shop, but they did not answer their phone. After trying for 30mins (on a different network) got through to a person at call centre who refused to phone me back! Apparently against policy of Mtn to phone customers back! Got through to a number I got from a different Mtn shop in Hermanus, but this person was off duty and not interested in my problems. The Hermanus branch was very helpful and also tried to contact the shop, no answer. They sent an email to Tygervalley as sim card was not activated.By Monday (5 days after sim swop) it was activated.
