Vodacare menlyn are lying to customers

I iwould like to lodge a complaint against the management of vodacare menlyn! they are lying to customers and we are treated unfairly. At first we were told that my phone will only take 48 hours to be ready and after 7 working days i received a sms that phone is ready.upon my arrival i found that my phone is in exactly the same condition that i left with them 7 weeks earlier. I was promised by the manager that the phone was fixed and that the sim card was the problem. After spending a hour to get my sim card checked wich was not the problem. i gave the phone back them broken as we have given it in the week before. I was promised by the management that the phone will receive their imediate attention the next day. When im phoned @ 17h00 the phone was not even touched! the effect of their incompetence to get one phone fixed is the fact that i have been without my phone and all my numbers for the last two weeks!!! I am considering changing my network as i spend a lot of money very month on my phone and if this is the way a loyal customer is treated i do not want to do bussiness with them any more!!!
