Poor Service and Breach of Contract

It has now been 3 months that i have had endless connectivity problems.
From extremely slow speeds to no connection at all.
I have had countless empty promises from MWEB' Tech Dept.
But feel this is the last straw.
For more than 2 weeks i have had little or NO connection.
Yet am being Billed for a Service not received as per Contract.
And get told to call in every time the connection is Faulty or change Modems. Why should i waste My money doing Mweb' Work, ensuring i have what i am paying for? I have spent more than R436 on Calls alone the past month reporting the poor service, not even mentioning time wasted. Time is Money in today's world.
I own a Business and sadly WILL NEVER do this to Any Customer.
Sadly i will be closing the Account and looking for a Provider that can supply a stable service, no matter the expenses.
I would advise that people monitor what you are paying for.
