So iburst has now been unavailable for 3 days, since Wednesday random connectivity. Currently it has been down for 12 hours, if the tech support is correct it is more like 24hours. So now I have to use 3G even though I already paid for my MWeb data, 3G is a lot more expensive. In this day and age they do not have backup severs/routers?

Is mweb going to compensate it's paying members for the lost days? Tech support has no idea when it will be fixed. Oh did I mention I need the connection to do remote work for my company? Don't think MWeb cares about that either.
