Potential Mweb clients... BEWARE

This is a warning to all people wanting to use Mweb as an ISP. For the record, my account has never been throttled, nor in arrears or cut in any way. However, my internet connection, is always slow, and drops its connection almost every day. Sometimes for hours on end. Mweb is our ISP and line provider. What have they done, in the SIX MONTHS of us complaining. NOTHING. I do not abuse my connection (I track my usage) but am subject to a "fair use policy", that has no clarification. I have a slow, sometimes impossible connection, that never reaches the advertised speeds. A call centre that does not/cannot do anything. My line and hardware has been checked by countless technicians, and yet Mweb deny the problem is with them. In the interim we are made to suffer, yet pay for the service we are yet to receive. I have had a trial run with an alternate ISP and we have had ZERO problems, 100% uptime, and enjoying the actual advertised speeds. Mweb, you are falling behind. I will officially cancel with Mwed, end January 2014. Looking at other complaints on Hello Peter, this is going to be a whole new set of problems. Mweb, you have lost a good client, because of your incompetence.
