MWeb fails to contact paying customer again

A Tech was going to contact me at 09:30am today as stated yesterday, so at 09:45 i phone mweb to find out why i have not been contacted, i am told there is a backlog probably and that's why i have not been contacted. I had cancelled with 2 clients to receive this call to resolve my dropping connection every time the phone rings but mweb could'nt care, and yet im asked what time will suite me best again after this, this is what i was asked yesterday and i stated 09:30am. Today i have lost money due to mweb unable to contact me at set given time by mweb.

Tech Ryan contacted me at 10:00 not 09:30 and mweb stated to help me however i was on route to my next client.
