False billing & useless service

Three weeks ago I was contacted by a credit controller who wanted to notify me of a cancellation fee which would be billed to my debit order for the 1st November 2013 (call ref. 2001384100). She indicated that she will pass on the enquiry to the relevant department and that I should expect a call "soon". I did not receive any call and proceeded to contact customer service for answers, I spoke to Simone, who gave me her email address and stated that it would be much quicker for me to be in contact with the relevant branch I opened the contract with as only that manager can sign off on the credit note. The so called manager of that branch, Thabelo, is never there and so I was forced to eventually discuss the pressing matter with the so called assistant manager, Mdu, who might as well never be there either as service is so shocking I'm not quite sure what either of them are doing there. I have called in on NUMEROUS occasions, either Mdu isn't in and neither is Thabelo or I do get through to Mdu after holding onto the line for over 15min only to be told that it's a system mistake but that the manager still needs to sign off on the credit. To date I have received no feedback. Pathetic.
