When I upgraded my cell phone contract with Nashua Mobile on 24/03/2013 in Bloemfontein at the Northridge Mall branch they made mistakes with my contract. I asked for the Blackberry 100 contract. They billed me for the Blackberry 200 as well as R135 for sms bundles that I cancelled when I upgraded. My new 100 contract includes 100 sms es and BBM. I called the Nashua Mobile Call Centre several times. As the months went on, Nashua Mobile took no action to fix the mistake they made. When I got tired of waiting, I refuse to pay until they fix their mistake and pass credit. As expected Nashua Mobile now feel the need to block my line. So in short, the consumer has no say. What else is there to do to get this matter resolved?
