I called on the Nedback call centre on the 28/01/2014 and spoke to Siphosethu and she gave me this ref no, and confirmed that she will escalate it to her manager who will contact me after they have investigated the matter. Called again on the 30/01/2014 and spoke to Londi and requested tha the manager must call me as there was no feedback yet, i called the insurance department the same day and spoke to Solomon who gave me the numbers of Zingi Ngobese, tel no 0318205007, the number is olny ringing, i have sent a compliant via the Nedbank website on the 05/02/2014 and to date there is no respnse or feedback from any representative of Nedback.

I wanted to know why they opened a life assurance for the Amex credit card on my behalf without my permission and who is getting the commission on the policy without giving me any financial advise.
