Pathetic Service & incorrect billing

I have upgraded my contract with Nashua Mobile (what a BIG mistake that was).
I was charged R2 280 incorrectly which reflected on my account.
I did an enquiry with the branch via telephone (that is if you ever manage to get through to them), as well as calling the call centre for Nashua Mobile. I even went to the branch a couple of times. Every time you get there, there are different consultants. Very frustrating!!
After eventually getting hold of the Branch Manager, she assured me a credit note has already been passed on my account, my debit order wouldn't go off for the month, and will then be resubmitted after the credit reflects on my account.
The debit did go off my account including the R2 280. I also received my new statement from Nashua Mobile not reflecting any credit.
I have spoken to the branch as well as the customer care department and after three weeks this is still not resolved.
Head office advised that the branch need to refund me because they made the error. The managers are not available to assist. There doesn't seem to be 'back up' personnel to assist and Head office won't sort it.
I am still waiting for the refund and feedback!!
Worst Customer Service ever.
