I took delivery of a laptop per contract but not what I ordered by this time contract signed. Discussions with manager at shop yielded no return (basically we cant help you) eventually laptop was returned & contract cancelled, I was told the next debit order would be deducted from my bank acc. & I would be credited thereafter, the debit order came off on 02/09/2013. On 04/09/2013 wrote to manager asking where my credit was, no response, again wrote on 12/09/2013 again no response from him but on the 2/09/2013 text message from Vodacom Customer Care - service request no. S3-T0G2X-X190D request had been logged and that they would contact me via sms, email or phone call within 24 hours 16/09/2013 still no contact with myself. On 16/09/2013 I called Customer Care, explained query & was put through to the Acc. Dept., I was told that an email had been sent to 072 490 7637 (sim that was given to me with the laptop which had been returned regarding my refund of R875.81) the email read that I would receive the credit on the 03/10/2013, this obviously is after their next debit order run.
Contacted branch manager and said Vodacom are not my personal bank and I expect refund by 20/09/2013.
