I opened an account at Russells, Petunia Yende assisted me, she is useless incompetent I gave her all my details and documentation and the date the debit order was suppose to go on, I must say it was the biggest mistake firstly for my first payment debit order never went through I went back to the shop to complain, she blamed the system change over, second payment the debit order was reduced I had arreas, had the collection call centre calling me to say I have outstanding arrears, credit manager Petunia Ximba was hopeless as she tried to speak to debit order department Muzi Mpama is the manager, still nothing happend in Jan 2013 I went back spoke to Joseph Matseke the regional manager he promised to sort this out, 19 Jan 2013 receive an sms to say my debit order did no go through I get another call from call centre about me owing, My account is for 6months the first four months was horrific bad customer service
