Poor service delivery since day 1

2 phones passed warranty assesment within 4 months of starting contract. Was promised by area manager I wouldn't be charged more than R269 when I changed to Blackberry and I would get 6 months free BIS. I've been charge over R320. I tried contacting him for 6 months but apparently resigned but failed to tell me. Phoned call centre 11 times to try sort this out, have 2 reference numbers, spoke to new area manager once - she never called back and today no answer, email was sent to wrong people by call centre and people at Benmore are rude!!! I hate MTN, want to cancel contract but was told this would cost me R2349 which I don't have!!! I would appreciate it if someone can sort this out as this is unacceptable! Had my contract for 15 months, only been happy for 2. MTN has a lot of complaints bt clearly don't care as these haven't been responded. As soon as my contract expires I'm out and will make sure all my friends, family and clients rather use another provider!!!
