Gym contract cancelled but i still get charged!!

4 months ago I called the called center to cancel my gym contract. The consultant from kings park called me and advise I will get four months gym contract for free whilst they hope I change my mind, then after the four months it will be cancelled. Four months has past and to my horror I have been charged for the gym yet again. R269 even though four months ago I had given NOTICE to cancel this contract. This is an utter waste of my money.
the manager at kings park had previously assisted me with my problems with virgin active. Please can you ensure my gym contract is CANCELLED and I get refunded for this month R269 that was taken off my account.
deeply annoyed!!!
