I'd taken a contract 2yrs ago with 2x Nokia C6 phones. Within 6 months the phones broke. It could not be fixed as the warranty did not cover the fault. I paid for a contract with no phones. On 02/03/13 I decided to upgrade and took 2xBlack berry 9320. 2 days later the batteries were not keeping charge & were heating up. Due to my work conditions & times I could not go to the store during the week. I sent the phones with my wife on Saturday 09/03/13. She spoke the and Manager (Zayne) who said that because we retuned on the 8TH day they could not give us new phones. There was no proper contract with terms and conditions, only an individual subscriber agreement. The phones were taken in for repairs. It was returned 2 weeks later with new batteries with the same problem. I was upset and wanted to cancel my contract. I was told to pay 12 months instalments upfront to cancel. This is unacceptable. I spoke to (Wesley) who sent the phones for accessing (KZN REGIONAL-spoke to Gordon Chinia). Said he would advise. One & a half months later, we paying for a contract & no phones. This is costing me time off work, airtime and petrol. If I cannot get new phones, I want my contact cancelled.
