I am totally disgusted with the service from MTN. 2 weeks ago I applied for my pre-paid to be changed to contract. They said it would take two days. It is 2 weeks now! and NOTHING! Everytime I call they say "head office made a mess", or something similar. I don't care about your incompetence, I just want my phone! Please can SOMEONE help!!
