I applied for the uncapped internet for R299 a month about two weeks ago. The consultant at the branch where I applied informed me that it would take 24-48 hours to be approved. It has been two weeks...
I went back to the branch after three days, and they submitted it again. They said that sometimes head office does that when they are back logged (they say that the client and branch didn't submit all of the documents - but I did). The branch had to log in complaints various times but nothing has come from it, not even feedback. When I phoned the call centre no one could assist me on the matter.
The worse service that I have ever received! Feedback will be appreciated.
