I have a contract with autopage, begining of december I lost m phone and I did a claim the following day and they promised the phone will be delivered within 3-5 working days but my phone delivered after 3 weeks! And the sim card was not delivered, they only delivered it after 3 weeks, but the sim card was not delivered, I called them again they promised to deliver it within 3 working days, mind this I'm using my airtime calling them I spend 30min almost each and every second day, but still they don't deliver the sim card till today. Meaning the whole 2 months I don'tt have a phone becuase I can't use a phone with out a sim card yet they still deducting the money from my acc! Everytime I call them they always promise to get back to me within 2hours as they want to do a follow up on what realy happened! They never do! So I have come to a conclusion that I rather cancel their contract bacuase I can't pay for the service I'm not receiving it does not matter how long is my contract if they can't deliver I can't carry on with their contract! I told them to fetch their phone and cancell the contract which they promise to fetch before friday 25th. Plz help me! As they said they will deduct!
