I found out recently that I was paying R390 extra every month for a cell phone that was originally "included' in the package. On Tuesday October 5th, 2013, I spoke to a consultant about that. After a long discussion that was never going to get to a point. I asked him to send me via email a full statement/invoice from last year January.
He told me on the phone that he is escalating the problem and they will send it in 48 hours. its been almost 96 hours since, and nothing happened. I guess that I must just accept the on going problem and keep my mouth shut and PAY.

In the same text message with the reference number, it states that they will contact me via e-mail, sms or phone me.
