The other I noticed that I was charged R1721, 00 for 4 gb of data consumed by my number at 12:09 AM on 23 October. This was of interest because:
1, I was asleep at the time and my phone was next to my bed;
2, even if I was logged on, then surely the Night Owl data plan would cover this, as I have more than 12GB available there. I was told that I will have to pay this bill and that Vodacom will contact me in '7-14 days' after they had conducted a data audit.
Not acceptable Vodacom. Not acceptable at all.
And when I ask to speak with someone in the audit department, I'm told that this was not possible.
I'm actually completely baffled by this horrendous customer service policy.
