Phone Problem not resolved

I took a contrackt from MTN on a Samsung 7 inc tablet and a Samsung S3 minie smart phone the smar phone. Sins day one the reseption on the smart phone is bad. And keeps on coming up with a mesage goolge play store cant open the phone also just freezes. I took the phone back and the send it in a soft ware upgrade was don on the phone. Phone came back but still doing the same. I have told MTN about this and ask that the mangar must call me so that we could sort this out. Still today no response. i went to vodacom and ask them what could be the problem with the phone they said there wore som of these that they had to replace for the customers and MTN should also have doen that
