Billing account R13000-00 in one month??

I Have upgraded my SmarS plan to SmartXL on my Galaxy3 on 31 October 2013 which gives me 400mb free data per month. Currently my account indicates that I have 3.32GB of data available, yet I'm am informed that I owe R13000-00 on my account?!! I have logged a call on 19 Novemebr after receiving an sms from Vodacom that my usage is hight and my bill the stood at R6000-00! I was told that the IT service centre will audit this usage and get back to me in 2 weeks. This morning my phone was soft locked and when I spoke to levone, she informed me that my current bill is R13000-00!!! Outrageous!! She logged another call with their IT service centre - will this take another 2 weeks?

Please help? There is no ways that my Galaxy S3 can use THAT much data within a month...? Could Vodacom please provide me with proof of where this data has been used for?
