Hi

On the 24th September I applied a contract for a Samsung galaxy note 3 with gear at MTN Trade route mall after having called to ask if they have the devices, had to wait 48hour for approval, eventually I got the approval sms, call site and the agent that answered the phone said they don't have the devices anymore have to wait a week. That week lapsed on Thursday the 31st, called the store but they still didn't have the devices.

I'm not happy with the service delivery at this store or MTN as a whole if that's were the main delay is from.
