I signed up for a blackberry contract last year in may. It has been 18 months and within this time I have had three phones. The first one lasted a day due to not being able to charge the phone, after much complaining I was given a new phone. The second phone only lasted a few months once again due to manufacturer fault. The third phone was a refurbished one (which I did not actually want to begin with). This has also only lasted a few months due to track pad and keypad issues. It was sent in September for repairs to Durban and today I had to to book it in for it to be sent there once again.

I have been with vodacom for - 18 years. I am not putting blame on any individual at vodacom because they have many great people who work there but I feel that between blackberry and Vodacom I have not been satisfied with the service that I have been paying for. The only options I am given is to have the phone repaired (If it can be) or a refurbished one, Both of which will probably not last long. Or cancel my contract and waste a large amount of my money.

Why cant Blackberry and the service providers give more satisfactory service to their customers?
