Excessively Billed and Terrible customer care

At the end of December i received a massive bill stating i had used around R4000 on data. This amount is excessively larger than any bill i have received for my cellphone. What makes even less sense is in that month i had purchased 2GB's worth of Data Bundle's on top of my monthly 500MB's. so basically vodacom is saying i spent R4000 worth of data on top of 2.5GB's worth of Data Bundle's. When i called to get a breakdown of data used on what and when i simply got told that the R4000 amount was for data (which i already knew from my bill). The lady then said she cant tell me more but she will refer it to someone and they will call me and give me a breakdown of the data used on what and when. That was about a week ago and i have still not received a single phone call from anyone at vodacom.
