Vodacom, please upgrade your error codes on USSD and your website.
I have purchased data this morning with a result that said; "We are experiencing technical difficulties, please try again."
I have tried for a second time, which usually works, but again received the same message.
I then decided to do a Balance enquiry... R149 x2 was deducted from my account...
I cannot get through to your call center.
Please reverse one of these transactions?
