SO... I still can't log into my Vodacom Portal to see my balances of my linked cellphone and data accounts. First of all, the error messaging on the website is "the site is down for maintenance". I call into the call center to log a query and still... nothing. This all 2 days ago...
So... today, I get an SMS saying that my account has been unlocked. I check... and it is unlocked. Happy days!!! NOT. An hour later, I sit down to check my balances and can't log in.
Call the call center... my call gets dropped 3 times... and nothing.
Thanks to not being able to log in, I purchased data so that I would be again... only to find out that I did have remaining data. Your call center should have made me aware of this before I purchased more data.
