Billed for no reason

On the 18/19th September I reached my soft lock of R80, I called and increased to R600... I suddenly get as sms 2 hours later than I am and 80 % on call limit. I made 2 phones calls at less than 10 seconds. I contacted the call center and spoke to Aldert. He did advise that that was not possible, and he would lodge a complaint with Vodacom. he also advised that he will not debit my account for this amount until it is sorted
. I called him the next day and he had no feedback, and this went on, In all fairness he was helpful at first. I now get debited for R1180.00. Have tried calling Aldert the entire day with no response. Spoke to 3 different call center agents say that hey have left messages for Aldert to call me. I have now been on hold for 20 minutes with response,

I have been a loyal customer and actually brought in quote a few customers, but I assure you that this will not happen if this account is not sorted,.,

Who is responsible for all my rejected debit orders that will not go through this month
