Call Limit issue

When I took out a contract through Nashua Mobile earlier this year I told the representative that I did not want to pay more than the monthly charge. I pay R399 per month on this contract so it is not the cheapest contract out there. This month I got a bill for R R655 with an additional charge of R256, 91 for "Airtime". When I phoned the call center and finally spoke to someone (after holding on for 15 minutes) I was told that I was being charged for excessive data usage. When I asked her how I could go over the limit (i was always under the impression I could no longer go on the internet after my data reached .00MB) she told me my Call Limit was R650! I asked her how this call limit limit could be so high and she told me it was lower before but it was increased for some reason. So someone just decided to move this call limit up, and I now have to pay for this.

I believe these service providers are taking the consumers for a big ride. How can this call limit be increased without my authorization? The rep i spoke to was very friendly and efficient (kudos to her), but couldn't tell me why and on who's authority this was done. I am really very unhappy with Nashua.
