SOFT LOCK EXCEEDED! & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Two issues:1.My son's soft lock limit (data) on his iPhone was exceeded on the 2nd October, yet his line was unrestricted until the 3rd Nov, billing a total of R3686 just on data (no prompted download -only apps left open) WITH NO SMS from Nashua Mobile warning him. THIS IS!!! WHY EVEN HAVE THE OPTION OF SOFT LOCK??? 2. I called their customer service on the 6th November, with shocking results. Aldert Jacobs advised that if a download started, it cannot be interrupted and a soft lock applied because the data usuage report is delayed. Regardless of the soft lock limit set, the Ts & Cs state that I am liable for the cost. He stated that on the 26th Oct a huge download was done and this is the bulk of the data cost. I asked for the itemised billing and the Ts & Cs. That afternoon I received the itemised billing (there was NO HUGE DOWNLOAD), but not the Ts & Cs. On the 7th I requested the Ts & Cs. On the 11th I called Nashua again. Brendan Sarluis emailed me the Ts & Cs. I requested to speak to the manager. He put me on hold for 10 minutes, then advised that Charmaine Webber will call me after her meeting. on the 12th I left another message for Charmaine Webber-NO
