I spoke to the 2 different individuals for about 20 minutes to try and receive my current statement via email. The first consultant put me on hold for 15 minutes and the call got cut. The second consultant was efficient however my statement had the wrong physical address (not her fault). Aldert was the 3rd consulant i spoke too and you can imagine the mood i was in by the time i spoke to him. He was extremely polite and friendly from the word go and i could not bring myself to verbally abuse him for his previous colleague's lack of service. He must be commended for the way he dealt and went out of his way to assist me with this urgent query. If Nashua mobile has more staff like Aldert i will gladly support you for another 7 years. Please give him the recognition he deserves and not just a pat on the back. Regards Chris Moodley
