My upgrade has been a traumatic experience, i started the process on the 14 january 2013 and it has been a hassle. The call centre agents don't know their story and they don't give a about their clients. I have been without a phone for 3 weeks and constantly promised to be called back but nothing. I am told that i cannot sim swap my micro sim back to the normal sim because i have done it to many times already ()., i guess i am a criminal as a result of your none delivery. Every client is as important as any, i want an explanation and all my recordings from the 14 jan to the 29 jan sent to me and for you to listen from both your upgrade and client services. The attitude there is ''deal with it '' and i am going to deal with it and i want disciplinary measures for every agent that has to me, given me attitude and treated me like an unworthy client. I am going to get advise from the NCR or ombud regarding this situation because i have suffered damages as a result of your agents incompetence
