Lost air time 2nd complaint

After one month i was told if i upgrade ill lost my airtime, but what mtn fail to realise when i upgraded i was not told i'll lost my airtime, as i had about R1100.00 worth of airtime and if i was told i wouldn't have upgraded. I'll be mad to lost so much air time. Thanks for the very poor service...
