Disgusted by a rude call agent!!!

I just recieved a call from a call agent from your company and gave me thee worse service ever. The agent was very rude even after i told him that I would lay a complaint he said "you can go ahead". The agent would not give me a chance to speak kept cutting me off. The agent refused to give me his name or his team leaders number or name. Is this the way that your company works? Tha agents can be rude to client and know that they can get away with it as long as they do not give you their name? I've never been treated like this ever in my life and even when I told the agent that this is no way to speak to a client they didnt care infact the attitude became worse and he told he i can go ahead and compliant. He would even give me your call centre number for me to make an enquiry because the debit order date he stated on the call was the 15th which is before my pay day. I would like someone from management to look into this and trace the call and provide feedback to let me know if this is the way your company conducts business? Do you pick up your agents off the streets? Which agent tells a clieny "you listen here"? how rude and unproffessional the number the call came from is 27406
