Call centre agents - bad attitude

I called into the call centre after trying to buy a mobile date bundle on the website. It gave me and error after each attempt, I tried 3 times. I think I had a valid reason to call the call centre after this?

Once I got through to to agent, he was unfriendly from the start. Asked me if I had tried different browsers which I had and then proceeded to sigh and manually register me which was obviously to much work!
Once it was completed I logged into the client zone which had my details added incorrectly. I phoned them back to ask if I could order another sim for our 2nd tablet, I got just as much attitude from the 2nd agent who told me that it was my fault my details weren't correct in the client zone as I should rather enter them myself. If the website had allowed me to register myself the first time i wouldn't have had this issue!!

Don't offer customer service if you don't want to provide it! And if you do offer it get your agents trained up to deal with customers with respect and sincerity.
