Hi Had recently upgraded my contract (8/01/2014) and took the S4, on the phone with the consultant I was promised a set of bluetooth speakers. On friday the 10/01/2014 Ram delivered the box and when I got home and opened the box there was no speakers. I now called Vodacom and they have no Idea what they are doing as i have been give two different numbers to keep on contacting 082 1959 and 08217844. Not to mentioned the bad attitude from there call centre agents. Now I know that I have a 7 day return policy and will be doing that as well as looking to cancel my upgrade and move to another service provider as your service. I have been a loyal client for close to Ten years with paying more then -R1300 every moth and I still have to have useless agent speaking down to me.
