Poor upgrade process at Vodacom. Called Call Centre 17 times this week trying to resolve the matter without success. I lost 1 week of incoming messages and was made to do a swim-swap from a normal sim card to a micro card only to find out that the new phone does not take a micro card. I want made to pay for the reversal of the process from micro sim to normal sim after I was told that I would not be charged. One supplier, one department, one product line, but every agent had a differing application of product knowledge. I'm still without service after 5 days of upgrade.
