Don't believe them when they say 7-10 working days

Brand new Samsung Galaxy S2 phone had intermittent fault so I kept taking it back. It couldn't be replaced as the fault was intermittent so the consultant couldn't see the fault. I took it in for repairs on Thursday 10 January and was told it would only be logged the next day and collected from the Constantia store on Monday 14 January. Dan told me a number of times during the hand over of the phone as well as when he took the phone from me, that it would take 7-10 working days before I would have my phone back fixed or replaced. On the 9th day I phoned and was told Dan would check on it and phone me the next day, but I received no call. I phoned again on the 10th day (25 January) and was told that there was a backlog from December but they would have an answer for me on Monday or Tuesday but Dan would let me know. I still heard nothing and phoned a number of times on Monday and all through the day on Tuesday, but there was no reply from the landline in the store. I managed to get to the store today (Tuesday 30 January) at 1755 knowing that they close at 1800 and the store was locked with no sign of anybody.
At least stick to your word AND also keep the customer updated!
