Good Day Cell C.I have recently upgraded my cell phone contract through Cell C telephonically on Friday 18 January 2013. I received my new Black Berry Curve 9320 (white) on Tuesday 22 January 2013 at 17H20. I realized that the phone was faulty when I turned it on. I did call Cell C around 09H00 on the 23 January 2013 to log my complaint however did not receive a reference number for the call. I was advised that the phone would be collected between 3 and 7 working days and that I would be called to be told when they would collect it. I am still waiting, 9 working days!! I logged my problem through your website as well. On Friday, 25 January 2013, I received an sms to advise that my problem had been acknowledged. I have phoned a number of times and keep getting put through to different departments where I wait for over 25 minutes on the line and no answer. I have emailed your customer service on Tuesday 29 January 2013 however have still not received a response. I am now sitting with a brand new phone that does not work and paying for the service. I am absolutely horrified at the lack of service or follow up on this!!! I would appreciate your immediate response! Kind Regards, Angela
