So many things are wrong with Telkom. Try getting hold of anyone with authority or try getting anyone to take responsibility!!! This must be the worst organisation in the world (Universe) with the worst customer care experience ever. I challenge anyone who heads up Telkom to act like a normal client and see how frustrating it is to call in and get service. No wonder customers are leaving left, right and centre. I simply requested that the technician contact me prior to coming out to site to ensure that someone was available to let him / her in. This has never happened, not to mention the bad attitude. The Customer care centre has dropped my call multiple times and never once put me through to a supervisor. I have mentioned names of Technician & useless support people. The engineer has now left my premises without fixing the fault with some lame excuse. This is highly unacceptable. DOWN WITH TELKOM!!! Does this mean I have to pay a Technician to come out and do the job that is meant to be done at no charge.
