On the 2 May I upgrade my contract I got my Samsung Gallacy S4 the next day on the 3rd I went back to the store and showed them that it is a out of box failure. Due to the fact that I'm a regional manager I'm using my phone for work. Then they told me that they will get stock on Monday so I said I will phone them on Monday to hear if they received. When I phoned on Monday they say they didnt receive it yet they will receive it on Tuesday I went there on Tuesday to ask and they still didnt receive it. I handed in my phone on Tuesday due to the fact that the out of box failure must be handeled with in 7days. I phone on Wednesday and they still did not receive it I phoned on Thursday morning and they still didnt receive it. I had to go through extra expenses to get a adapter to fit the micro sim in to my old phone as my old phone don't use a micro sim. I phoned there customer care line and they say I must phone the consumer act board and i did but there was no answer so i phoned them back and they said they not handeling the complains i must send an e-mail to assist. That is why the service is so bad
