8ta SIM CARD NOT WORKING FOR 5 DAYS

On Monday 4th March my 8ta service ceased. I couldn't make or receive calls. I reported this to 8ta on the same day, reference 4142738. On Tuesday I phoned 8ta a few times only to be told that it can take 72 hours to correct the fault. On Wednesday I phoned 8ta a few times, and was told to go to an 8ta store and get a new sim card. On Thursday I went to 8ta, and was given a new sim card. Shortly thereafter, I discovered it didn't work, so I went back to 8ta. They duly gave me another sim card, and I asked them to test my phone in front of me. It didn't work. They logged a fault reference 4150030. After receiving this new sim card the whole day and night I was receiving calls and sms messages destined for someone else. On Friday 8th March I phoned 8ta many times and was given 2 more reference nos 4150201 & 4150770. At 16h30 I demanded to speak to a team leader, Lucky Mashcgo, I was told that he would definitely call me back. At 17h21 I phoned again requesting to speak to Lucky, only to be told that he had gone home. So much for his promise to phone me. At the moment I am still waiting for someone from 8ta to get back to me. It is now 5 days since I could use my phone!
