No feedback from CellC. Not fixing their fault

I signed up for a straight up 50 contract with CellC. For some odd reason, they signed me up for the straight up 30. I've now been trying for 2 months to have it corrected. I have logged various calls and made countless follow up calls, but always end with the exact same response " We are working on it, I'll send a request to follow up". Nobody ever phones back.
How difficult can it be?
