I have never experience poor service like MTN call Centre. This company is sick it seems as if there is no leadership within MTN. was done under my name. I reported last week even today no one from MTN telling what to do. I have calling call centre disputing this problem and getting promises that supervisor will call me and tell me what to do. My money have been taken from my account. Why MTN is operating like this. Customers not have alternative when you can report your problems to Top management. There is no accountable leadership in MTN. I am a victim not can help me. It very bad when you pay for something that you do not know. Paying for a high bill that you do not know. When I enquire the phone was delivered in JHB. It very clear that this matter is an internal corruption within this organisation. No one cares because MTN leadership is not visible.
