Dropped my call and bad attitute

I called the the call centre to get assistance with regards to my signal, normally if I have this problem it will be ok the next day. I had the argument with the consultant who swear-ed at me, I asked the supervisor and he was even worse and dropped my call while speaking.

I don't know if this is the service we pay, to be abused by consultants and the seniors. I hope this will come to the managers attention and this two guys should be send for customer service training. Queen deserve to be on the street.how on earth can you swear your client.

Bheki need some leadership skills, I din't expect the supervisor to drop my call.

I always pray for Top tv. To grow and give multi choice a competition, that will save us from abuse and monopolistic attitude from your consultants.
