STUNNED!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM!!!

Tried to get a plumber or someone to assist me at home as i have a leak either from the fridge or a pipe, i cannot see as the fridge is built in and my cupboards as well.
I called and lodged a claim and got transferred to assist line and got the worst EVER service from Emmerentia Magalhaes, im disgusted that she is in a leadership role.
Please retrieve the call and have it sent to your management team and client care manager.
I shudder to think what would happen when i have an emergency if getting Unity/Emmerentia to assist your clients is going to be what i just experienced, in shock! I have been a client for many years and have never claimed... if this is how it is... i have to consider taking my business to where clients are treated with respect, dignity and your staff have empathy and half a brain. I am obligated to broadcast the lack of client services the TELESURE GROUP offers and make sure all my family and friends know not to insure with your company. If this is the quality of your leadership team, you have a huge problem... I eventually said she should log anything to get someone to help me at home which is obviously not going to happen... so i guess i HAVE NO COVER!!!
