New Contract - waited over 1 month to use phone

I opened a new account with MTN the end of October 2013
I waited a week for any response as to wheather I was approved or not
After being approved I went in to fetch my phone
Then MTN didnt rica my phone
It took them 2 weeks to RICA the phone, after I had to phone them every day
eventually Rica was done
Then they cut off the account and told me I am behind with my payments but it was a brand new contract which has not ever been used
Struggled over a week to sort that out.
Then my internet didnt work because it was not reset on their side
This took them more than a week to sort out the internet connection.
And also only after numerous visits to the shop and numerous and daily phone calls to them
I then wanted to cancel the contract because they were in breach of contract not delivering a service to me
They plainly refused me and now I have to keep the phone with really bad service deliverance and pay for a month I couldn't even use it
Now they cut my service because of the debit order that went off too late
also their fault
and without any notice the phone service got suspended
no one took the time to notify me that the debit order was taken off late and didnt go off
Please assist!
