Customers comments mean nothing. We dont Care

I logged a call with Fish aways 2 to 3 weeks ago, the call centre mentioned that I will get a response within 24 to 48 hours. To dat no response. I added another report of Hellopeter.com, Fishaways committed to get back t me on the report and never did.

I fully understand that I am nothing in the eyes of Fish away, all I need is to be told that we are not interested in your complaint and I will back off. Reference number: 98397

Fishaways leadership!!! they need to show some leadership!!!
