MTN SHOULD GET THEIR ACT STRAIGHT

In February this year I upgraded to a bigger contract than I had before. A few weeks went by and still according to the airtime and data I receive I was still on the old contract. Its STILL like that.
Ive been to the Paarl mall MTN several times and all they have to say is that it is in the system and it should be fixed soon. Still nothing.

I still get billed at the old contract's rate, but this is not what I wanted. I have been patient up to now, but today I received the following sms:

Yello, overdue account warning. Please pay R 198.00 to avoid service suspension. Make payment to ABSA Bank, account no. 4063304150. Kind regards, MTN SP

My payments automatically subtracts from my account for over 4 years, and now this?!

I think it is unacceptable.
