Vodacom double debited my account THREE times!

I have been a Vodacom customer for approximately 12 years. I recently upgraded my contract at the beginning of this year to a different package, including 3G as well as a handset. I have been double debited THREE times on my account in the past few months by Vodacom. The first two occurrences were rectified in a week, I have just received a cellphone bill which is double that of my agreed upon amount (my contract was capped upon signing to avoid this from happening!!) and they have now refused to reimburse this amount despite their error. Unacceptable service. I will be cancelling my contract and moving service providers. Do NOT allow them access to your account, rather EFT the amounts on an agreed upon date to avoid this happening to you.
